Our inspectors are third-party experts that have completed thousands of EEE inspections. We are qualified to complete SB-326 Condominium inspections without subcontracting.

Beware of any contractor advertising to perform both the inspection and the repairs, this could create a conflict of interest in reporting or incentivize unneeded repairs. Licensed contractors are not qualified to perform SB-326 inspections for condominiums.
