Condos

SB-326 was passed into law by the California Legislature on August 30, 2019 which amended Civil Code Section 5551, and requires regular inspection of all balconies, decks and common walkways at HOA managed Condominiums . The first inspection must be completed by January 1, 2025 and subsequent inspections must be done every nine years thereafter.

We self-perform all work, we do NOT subcontract. SB-326 Condominium inspections require a licensed architect or structural engineer. Have your inspection completed by a licensed architect today.

Our SB-326 inspection reports include an evaluation of the structure, railings, waterproofing components, flashings and expected future life of each. This report brings the HOA in compliance with state law and provides valuable information for planning and budgeting.

Your HOA must include the SB-326 inspection report in your reserve study and keep copies of the reports for minimum of two inspection cycles.
